NJCPA Speaker Academy 2026

Give your firm’s young professionals the opportunity to build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to become effective speakers, presenters, and instructors. The NJCPA Speaker Academy provides hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring in public speaking, presentation development, and CPE instruction—helping emerging leaders grow professionally while preparing them to give back to the profession through speaking, education, and leadership.

The third cohort of the NJCPA Speaker Academy is now accepting participants, with limited seats available. The program is designed to provide practical experience and meaningful connections that can serve as a stepping stone toward career advancement and thought leadership.

Graduates of previous cohorts have gone on to present NJCPA podcasts, webinars, and live educational sessions. Space is limited, so firms are encouraged to register their emerging professionals early.

Key Details:

• Cohort Size: They will be limited to 12-15 participants to ensure personalized attention and impactful learning. 
• Dates/Time: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3. 2-5 p.m.
• Location : In-person at the NJCPA office in Roseland. A virtual option is available, however in-person participation is recommended for the best learning experience.
