Jerome M. Newler, CPA/CFF, is the principal of J. M. Newler CPA & Co., with offices in Mountainside and Long Branch. The firm provides financial services to closely held businesses covering a broad spectrum of industries, including financial reporting, tax reporting and compliance; and planning for estates, trusts, individuals, partnerships and corporations. Mr. Newler’s more than 30 years of experience includes a specialization in litigation services covering forensics, business valuations and loss damages as found in disputes emanating from divorce, minority stockholder actions and partnership dissolutions. Mr. Newler has testified extensively as an expert in such matters in his roles as a court-appointed expert, as well as a jointly selected expert and as an advocate.

Mr. Newler has served on committees educating CPAs and members of the bench and bar for more than 25 years. His professional memberships include the NJCPA, the AICPA, the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the National Society of Public Accountants.

Mr. Newler received a bachelor’s in accounting and marketing from Marquette University. He also majored in economics and international business at New York University’s Graduate School of Business.

Melissa M. Ruvolo, Esq. is a partner in the firm Ruvolo Law Group, LLC located in Morristown, NJ. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar and practices exclusively in the area of family and matrimonial law. Ms. Ruvolo represents clients in all stages of family law litigation and her practice involves all aspects of family law. She is also a family law mediator and trained Collaborative Divorce attorney.

Ms. Ruvolo earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law- Camden, with honors and a B.A. from the College of New Jersey.

Laura Ruvolo Lipp, Esq. is a partner at Ruvolo Law Group, LLC in Morristown, NJ. She is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She is also a family law mediator and trained family law Collaborative Divorce attorney. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 2005. Ms. Lipp has dedicated her entire legal career to the practice of family and matrimonial law.

She received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania.
