Louis Niedelman, Esq., is a founding partner of Cooper Levenson and senior trial attorney with 33 years of courtroom experience and concentrates his practice in general insurance defense and professional malpractice defense litigation. As a defence trial attorney, he has handled all types of environmental, automobile, fall down, product liability, construction accident and professional malpractice law suits. Louis is chairman of the law firm's Defense Litigation Department, a former member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Defense Association and currently serves as a panel arbitrator for the Federal Arbitration Program. A graduate of Temple University (B.A. 1966) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1969), he was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1969, and was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1983 and re-certified in 1990 and 1998. Louis is also a member of the Atlantic County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, a charter member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He has devoted endless hours to the needs of local, community and civic charities and organizations.

Amy E. Rudley, Esq., is a partner at Cooper Levenson in the firm’s Atlantic City office. Her work focuses on the areas of employment law, casino law and defense litigation including civil rights litigation and premises liability. Ms. Rudley works closely with each of her clients, handling everything from inception of litigation and discovery to trial and post trial motions.
In addition to her practice, she is a contributing writer for the Women of Gloucester County website, serves as a Board Member for the Pitman Education Foundation, and is a volunteer for the Robins’ Nest group home. Ms. Rudley also volunteers her time for the MBCA Scholarship Committee and serves as a volunteer mediator for the Atlantic County Special Civil Division.
A graduate of the University of Delaware (B.S., 2001), and Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (J.D., 2004), she was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2004. She is a current member of the Atlantic County, Gloucester County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.

Michael L. Salad, Esq. is an associate in Cooper Levenson's Business and Tax practice group. He concentrates his practice on business transactions, tax and estate and business planning. Mr. Salad holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, Mr. Salad was a summer clerk at the firm in 2009 and 2010. He worked primarily within the tax law arena, concentrating on will drafting and estate planning. He also served as a legal intern to both the United States Attorney's Office Criminal Division for the District of Maryland and the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. Robert E. Salad, Esq., LL.M. is President and Co-Chairman of the Tax and Commercial Law Department of Cooper Levenson. Mr. Salad's speciality encompasses almost all aspects of tax planning, specifically on matters involving the representation of businesses and their principal owners, including tax issues involving achieving business objectives as well as those tax issues which involve their personal lives. Mr. Salad is a frequent lecturer to both State and Local Bar Associations, as well as local CPA socities. He has extensive experience in areas involving commercial transactions, estate planning, estate administration and litigation, as well as those matters involving representation before federal, state and/or local taxing authorities. Whether it's drafting opinion letters of business succession plans, or successfully appealing assessments by the New Jersey Tax Division, Jarad K. Stiles, Esq., LL.M. puts his extensive experience in tax law to work.

As a member of the Tax and Estate Practice Group at Cooper Levenson, Jarad works on estate and corporate tax planning, administration and tax litigation, and related matters. He's based in the firm's Atlantic City and Cherry Hill offices.

Previously, Jarad worked with a Millville, N.J. firm, where he created a new practice group specializing in trusts and estates, asset protection, tax controversy, special needs planning and elder law. Among his major accomplishments was gaining guardianship for a client with approximately $2.2 million in dispute. He also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation's 501 (c)(3) status, and advised clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local and federal tax liability.

Jarad holds a J.D./LL.M. degree in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Mo. He earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance and a B.A. degree in Government from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
