Frank Karlinski is a branch director and senior vice president with Robert Half, the world’s first and largest talent solutions firm. Frank leads the Management Resources practice groups specializing in finance, accounting, and HR services in the Central New Jersey market. With nearly 20 years of dedicated service at Robert Half, Frank has built an impressive career. He began in the Accountemps division in the Boston metro area, where he excelled in connecting organizations with top financial talent. Frank later advanced to lead the Full-Time Engagement Professionals group, where he focused on growing the firm’s consulting business, before relocating to New Jersey. Frank holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from George Washington University.
