David is a Principal at KPMG in New York with more than 20 years of experience providing planning and structuring services to asset managers, specifically institutional investors. His focus is on advising institutions from around the world in relation to US and international tax matters. Recent activities include advising sovereigns, pensions and consortiums of institutional investors on investments, acquisitions, refinancings and exit strategies across various asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity and public capital markets. David currently serve as the Partner-in-Charge of Tax of KPMG’s New York Financial Services business unit, covering multiple offices and more than 600 tax professionals. He also leads the global Sovereign Wealth and Pensions Fund Tax group, coordinating a global network of tax professionals that provide services to the top funds around the world. David received his masters in Law from New York University School of Law and his Doctorate from Rutgers University Law School. He is a frequent speaker at global tax events and training seminars, as well as the author of numerous articles in some of the world’s leading industry publications.
