Louis Niedelman, Esq. Partner Louis Niedelman, a founding partner of the law firm of Cooper Levenson, has been practicing law since 1969. He has concentrated his practice in insurance defense litigation, representing dozens of insurance carriers, their insureds and self-insureds. He has handled over 2000 cases in his career involving product liability, construction defect, fall down accidents, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage litigation, professional malpractice litigation, condominium litigation, premises security litigation and dram shop litigation. He has tried over 225 matters before juries with a majority of successful results for his clients.

Louis was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1983 and has been recertified every five years to date. This certification and the re-certifications require the completion of extensive applications with endorsements from fellow trial practitioners and trial judges.

Amy Rudley is a partner in the firm’s Atlantic City office. Amy focuses on the areas of employment law, hospitality & casino law, and defense litigation including civil rights litigation and premises liability. Amy guides clients through the drafting of handbooks and day-to-day employment practices and decisions. Amy also conducts employment seminars, sessions and trainings, as well as investigations in to workplace allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. Amy further prepares employment contracts and agreements for her clients. Amy serves as a Councilperson and Public Safety Director, Borough of Pitman, and as a Board Member of the Pitman Education Foundation. She was named 2018 Person of Distinction by Jersey Man/Philly Man Magazine, in the Top 20 Under 40, 2015 by SJ Biz.

Michael L. Salad, Esq., LL.M. is a partner in the firm. He concentrates his practice on business transactions, tax matters, probate administration and estate and business planning. Michael holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Michael began his career at Cooper Levenson as a summer clerk in 2009 and 2010. He worked primarily within the tax law arena, concentrating on will drafting and estate and asset protection planning as well as preparing and structuring shareholder agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements. In addition, Michael handles general corporate matters as well as mergers and acquisitions involving corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Michael regularly travels between Florida and New Jersey and assists clients from the Northeast who are seeking to change their residency.

Robert E. Salad, Esq., LL.M. Partner With a keen eye for detail, and a well-earned depth and breadth of experience, Robert E. Salad is at the forefront in business and tax law. Joining Cooper Levenson in 1984, he now serves as President of the firm, and Chairman of the Tax and Business practice group. He has been a partner since 1988. Rob’s areas of expertise encompass almost all aspects of tax and business planning and transactions. More specifically, he focuses on matters involving the representation of businesses, including healthcare providers. He helps them to achieve business objectives, and also provides advice with respect to income tax issues. He handles both business and personal matters for his clients with the utmost sensitivity and timeliness.

Jarad K. Stiles, Esq. Partner As a member of the Tax Law, and Estate Planning & Administration, and Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice groups at Cooper Levenson, Jarad K. Stiles, Esq., LL.M. puts his extensive experience in tax law to work.

Previously, Jarad worked with a Millville, N.J. firm, where he created a new practice group specializing in trusts and estates, asset protection, tax controversy, special needs planning and elder law. Among his major accomplishments was gaining guardianship for a client with approximately $2.2 million in dispute. He also resolved tax compliance issues to maintain a foundation’s 501 (c)(3) status, and advised clients on comprehensive estate and asset protection plans limiting state, local and federal tax liability.
