Rachel is the founder and chief executive officer of Matters of Management, LLC and has held executive roles in marketing, business development and human capital for mid-size and large professional services firms. She has spent her career working alongside business owners and managing partners carrying out firm missions, acquiring talent and providing coaching to executives, management and staff. Consulting engagements have consisted of organizational redesign of operations and infrastructure, personnel programming, senior talent acquisition, total benefit and rewards systems, policy and procedure manuals, and providing business development coaching training. She is certified in human resources, has a Masters Degree in organizational behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an undergraduate degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Janill Briones-Lopez is the Business Development Manager in charge of the Northeast with UWorld Roger CPA Review. Having worked as a CPA Exam expert for over 5 years, she has helped hundreds of students understand the ins and outs of the CPA Exam, plan out their study plans and have guided candidates to choose the right CPA Review course for them.

Kelly Fantasia has been working as Director of Human Resources with Untracht Early since 2013. As Director she leads all strategic initiatives covering the entire employee life cycle, including: experienced and campus recruiting, on-boarding and staff development, performance management, benefits, and employee relations. Kelly works closely with others in the firm with health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, community service, and internal communication. She has worked as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years in several public accounting firms. Kelly is a graduate of Monmouth University and holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and in Professional Human Resources (PHR) and has been certified with The Human Resource Certification Institute as a DDI Facilitator. Kelly is an active volunteer at Saint Barnabas Medical Center NICU and serves on the Advisory committee for the Seton Hall University Transformative Leadership Program and the Employer Advisory Board for Ramapo College.

Alexandra graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in English. In her downtime, she plays on two American Poolplayers Association (APA) teams and regularly attends local and national billiard tournaments. Alexandra also enjoys skating, basketball, volleyball, and many other outdoor activities. She also considers herself a huge Florida Gator fan!

Ryan Hirsch is the Senior Director of Higher Education Strategy at Surgent Accounting & Financial Education.

Tenzin Lama is a Supervisor at Sobel & Co., LLC. She graduated from FDU in 2016 and has been with Sobel & Co. for 5 years. She works primarily on audits of employee benefit plans and financial services. She passed her final section of the CPA Exam in May 2021.

Ian Luxenberg, CPA is a Senior Tax Analyst in the Tax Compliance COE at Johnson & Johnson based in Titusville, New Jersey. He started at Johnson & Johnson in 2015 as a Co-op in the Indirect Tax Compliance COE, and then continued into the Tax Leadership Development Program upon graduation. He has done rotations in both Tax Reporting and Global Transfer Pricing. In his current role, he supports both federal and state tax compliance for the Consumer sector portfolio which includes iconic brands like Tylenol, Neutrogena, Aveeno and Listerine. His responsibilities include federal tax filings, state tax filings, state quarterly tax estimates, state tax true ups, and co-lead of the Tax Intern/Co-op program. He graduated from Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick in 2017 with a B.S. in Accounting and Human Resource Management and became a licensed CPA in 2019. He is actively pursuing a Master of Accountancy in Taxation degree at Rutgers Business School- Newark and is expected to graduate later this year.

Matthew is a financial reporting specialist at Prudential Financial. He previously was a staff II accountant at Withum, where he specialized in accounting and auditing services. Matt has worked with 990s and is proficient in documentation and assessment of internal controls and risk assessment. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Stockton University.

Fatima Sabir, SHRM-CP, is the Human Resources Coordinator at WilkinGuttenplan. She has over 3 years of experience and focuses her efforts on recruiting interns with a goal of converting them into full-time staff at the end of the internship. She is extremely passionate about preparing the younger generation to take on leadership roles and aspires to serve as a mentor to college students as well as WilkinGuttenplan's interns. Fatima graduated with a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management with a minor in Labor Relations from Rutgers University. Fatima has also received her certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Sarah Snell is the Chief Operating Officer with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA), a regional public accounting firm of over 50 professionals serving the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Sarah had many years of experience in public accounting before transitioning over into Operations in 2012 for HFA. She oversees the day-to-day operations in administration, human capital, finance, technology, facilities and marketing. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). She serves on the Emerging Leaders Council and the Student Programs & Scholarships Committee and she is also a member of the Business & Industry Professionals Interest Group. Sarah is also the NJ Chapter President for CPAFMA - CPA Firm Management Association and was recently appointed to the National Board of Directors serving as the Director-At-Large. Sarah believes firmly in giving back to the community and is a Community Treasurer and Scout Leader for the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Sarah is also a member and the Past-Treasurer for the Junior League of Monmouth County, a vibrant group of over 300 women with diverse backgrounds committed to promotion voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Sarah is also a Fellow with LeadNJ, a highly select group of talented leaders who are making improvements around New Jersey, who lead as champions of their own most cherished ideas and values. Sarah graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance.

Kaitlin has both public and private accounting experience. She works at Johnson & Johnson as a senior tax analyst, working primarily on tax reporting and compliance for the North America Pharmaceutical sector, including US and Canada. She previously worked in public accounting at WithumSmith+Brown, working up to a Senior Tax Accountant, before transitioning to private accounting. She is also the founder and owner of Vinch Accounting Services (V.A.S.), which aims to assist the local community and businesses with tax services and consulting. She specializes in the real estate and pharmaceutical industry, while having proficient knowledge of a large array of tax topics. Kaitlin is an active member in both the AICPA as well as the NJCPA, holding a position on the NJCPA Emerging Leaders Council, as well as the local Middlesex Regional Chamber of Commerce Emerging Professionals Council.
