| Kelly Fantasia has been working as Director of Human Resources with Untracht Early since 2013. As Director she leads all strategic initiatives covering the entire employee life cycle, including: experienced and campus recruiting, on-boarding and staff development, performance management, benefits, and employee relations. Kelly works closely with others in the firm with health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, community service, and internal communication. She has worked as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years in several public accounting firms. Kelly is a graduate of Monmouth University and holds certifications as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and in Professional Human Resources (PHR) and has been certified with The Human Resource Certification Institute as a DDI Facilitator. Kelly is an active volunteer at Saint Barnabas Medical Center NICU and serves on the Advisory committee for the Seton Hall University Transformative Leadership Program and the Employer Advisory Board for Ramapo College. |  |
