Sarah Snell is the Chief Operating Officer with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA), a regional public accounting firm of over 50 professionals serving the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Sarah had many years of experience in public accounting before transitioning over into Operations in 2012 for HFA. She oversees the day-to-day operations in administration, human capital, finance, technology, facilities and marketing. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). She serves on the Emerging Leaders Council and the Student
Programs & Scholarships Committee and she is also a member of the Business & Industry Professionals Interest Group.
Sarah is also the NJ Chapter President for CPAFMA - CPA Firm Management Association and was recently appointed to the National Board of Directors serving as the Director-At-Large.
Sarah believes firmly in giving back to the community and is a Community Treasurer and Scout Leader for the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Sarah is also a member and the Past-Treasurer for the Junior League of Monmouth County, a vibrant group of over 300 women with diverse backgrounds committed to promotion voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Sarah is also a Fellow with LeadNJ, a highly select group of talented leaders who are making improvements around New Jersey, who lead as champions of their own most cherished ideas and values.
Sarah graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance.
