| Joseph F. Scutellaro, CPA, is the co-founder and CFO of Open Lockers. He is a retired partner with CohnReznick LLP. He is a member of the NJCPA Education Foundation, a member of the Federal Taxation Interest Group, a former member of the Professional Conduct Committee and a New Jersey Law and Ethics program instructor. He has been an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) having recently served a 3 year term on its Profession Ethics Executive Committee (PEEC) subcommittee on Independence-Behavioral Standards. He has also previously served the AICPA as a member of Council; its governing body, and several other committees.
