| Ryan is the tax team leader of Withum’s Cannabis Services and a member of the Private Client Service team and Teaching Fellowship Program. He has more than 15 years of experience in tax planning and compliance issues with a focus on closely-held business and high net worth individuals. Ryan has extensive experience with federal and multi-state tax issues and has represented clients in state and IRS examinations. He is responsible for identifying and resolving tax and business issues as well as overseeing the tax compliance on federal and state matters. He is a resource on tax planning for businesses (mainly partnerships and S corporations) and individuals. |  |
