| Joseph M. Shapiro, Esq., is a partner with Middlebrooks Shapiro, P.C. In addition to his focus on state and federal reorganization, liquidation and litigation, Joseph counsels a range of clients on cannabis matters, including applicants seeking medical, adult use and hemp licenses. Joseph serves on the Cannabis Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), was selected to serve on its Executive Board for the 2020/21 term and is Co-Chair of the Hemp Subcommittee. He previously served as general counsel to the New Jersey Chapter of the Hemp Industries Association, a nonprofit hemp industry trade group. |
