| Antonio is a practice leader for Real Estate at HBK and a market leader of its Holmdel, New Jersey office. For over 12 years, he has helped small to medium-sized private companies, particularly in real estate and real estate development, navigate complex financial challenges. Growing up in his family's construction business, he understands the issues business owners face: navigating complex real estate tax structures, managing cash flow, meeting financial reporting requirements and balancing growth opportunities with tax planning and compliance, all while focusing on building the business. Antonio's unique combination of technical CPA expertise and his own experience in a family business means he brings both professional knowledge and personal understanding to clients' financial needs. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the NJCPA. He serves on the boards of the Rider University Accounting Advisory Council and Fulfill NJ. |  |
