| Holly DeLorenzo works as an Outsourced Risk Manager for Hardenbergh Insurance Group. Her role is to work with mid-sized companies helping them to establish policies and procedures to manage and mitigate their risks. Holly primarily has work with the Construction industry as she is the former Chairmen for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), NJ chapter and has been a member for over ten years. She joined ABC when she worked at USA Payroll because her company was one of the few software systems that could automate the process of prevailing wage payroll reports. While working at USA Payroll she helped set up the communication between Worker’s Comp insurance carriers and the payroll software so that Worker’s Comp pay-as-you-go could be offered.
Recently, her focus has shifted to the Cannabis industry, because she has seen firsthand the positive impact medical marijuana has had on people close to her. She is dedicated to researching the insurance market to find the best carriers and policies for the industry. Holly is a member of Women Grow, an organization focused on female leadership in the cannabis industry and NJ Cannabusiness Association whose mission is to promote jobs and growth in a sustainable and responsible cannabis industry.
Holly resides in South Jersey with her husband Pete, two daughters Sophia and Camille and their puppy Chip.
