| Rich is a distinguished executive in residence at Rutgers University's School of Planning and Policy and a lecturer at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School. Previously, he was the budget director and comptroller for the state of New Jersey under two different governors. Rich also held two Presidential appointments - CFO for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and deputy under Secretary of Defense for finance - as well as senior consulting positions at Arthur Andersen and Unisys Corporation. |  |
