Matthew Goldstein is a member of Flaster Greenberg’s Insurance Coverage and Litigation Practice Groups, focusing his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Goldstein specializes in securing insurance recoveries for corporate and individual policyholders and representing clients in business disputes and financial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Goldstein practiced at an insurance coverage law firm in Philadelphia, PA, and prior to that at a large litigation law firm representing clients in class action, derivative, and mergers and acquisitions litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. During his career, Mr. Goldstein has secured financial recoveries for his clients in excess of $100 million in insurance coverage disputes and cases relating to all forms of corporate misconduct, including excessive executive compensation, misuse and waste of corporate assets, unfair related third-party transactions, insider selling, and breaches of fiduciary duty.
Mr. Goldstein earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, where he served as an associate editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and earned various academic honors. He received his B.A. from The George Washington University, magna cum laude. |  |
