Ms. Lam serves privately held and large publicly traded businesses across a broad range of industries, including technology, banking, financial services, healthcare, consumer products and insurance. She has significant experience advising clients on state tax planning matters, including review of state nexus, sales sourcing and apportionment, taxability and filing methodologies. She also advises clients on state and local tax due diligence in transactional matters such as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
