He has led the firm’s expansion through strategic partnerships with CPAs, creating a service model that simplifies payroll and HR while enhancing collaboration between business owners and their advisors. Anthony is known for his ability to view a client’s business through both the accounting and payroll lenses, bringing those perspectives together to create a more cohesive and effective operating structure. By bridging this gap, he helps clients improve accuracy, make more informed decisions and strengthen their role as trusted advisors. He works directly with business owners to streamline payroll operations, navigate compliance challenges and better support and manage their most important asset — their employees.
