| Debra is a partner and president of Rizco, a woman-owned, brand-led marketing agency she co-founded in 2000, where she works closely with leadership teams to align brand strategy with business growth, operational efficiency and measurable outcomes. With nearly 30 years of experience developing brand strategies for local, national and international organizations, she brings a business- and financially grounded approach shaped by her early career in the finance department at Lord & Taylor and her leadership of creative and strategic initiatives at the global public relations firm Porter Novelli. Debra has been recognized with numerous honors, including NJBIZ’s 40 Under 40, 50 Best Women in Business, the Empowering Women Award, and an induction into the Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey in 2025. She currently serves as a board member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, previously served eight years on the Bucknell University Alumni Association Board of Directors and is a contributing author of the book, Today Is the Day.
