| Jennifer is an attorney with 16 years of experience in sales and use tax. She joined Armanino in January 2026 when Sales Tax Defense LLC, where she was a Partner, merged with the firm. Her practice covers multi-state sales and use tax consulting, audit defense, refunds and recovery, nexus and taxability guidance, and representation before state taxing authorities, from the audit level through administrative appeals. She is admitted to the Bar in the States of New York and Connecticut. Outside of client work, Jennifer co-chairs the Business Law, Tax, and Accounting Committee at the Nassau County Bar Association and sits on the Nassau Academy of Law Advisory Board. She is also a Mediator and Arbitrator in Nassau County Small Claims Court. Her recognitions include the Nassau County Bar Association President's Award (2024), the Nassau County Bar Association Director’s Award (2026), Long Island Business News 40 Under Forty (2024), Leadership in Law, and Top 50 Women in Business honors. |
