Marian W. Vallotton, experienced in senior management, organizational development, coaching and training, has worked across a wide range of industries including Pharmaceutical, Food, Health, Construction, IT, Retail, Finance and Manufacturing in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise is in partnering with senior management to develop talent to strategically affect corporate culture and improve business results.
Individuals and organizations have benefited from her high impact approach to training, instructional design and interactive facilitation skills. She has designed and implemented leadership, sales, customer service, managing multi-generations, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and operational training programs for major corporations. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and has completed coursework in the Masters Program of Education in Training and Development at Penn State University.
She is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® trainer and is certified as a Centra E-meeting and WebEx facilitator for live web-based training and has designed a highly interactive webinar Management Series. She has been certified in ROI Analysis for Training Initiatives through ASTD and is certified as a Leadership Challenge® Coach. She also has been certified as a Yoga Instructor by the Yoga Alliance and is passionate about bringing mindfulness to the workplace. Marian has volunteered her time to design and facilitate Breast Cancer Support Groups for newly diagnosed patients and continues to volunteer her time at hospitals.
